Finished and Delivered

The quilt is completed and delivered to granddaughter and her three darling girls!  Arrived at it's new home today.

Best three reasons for making a Halloween Quilt!

The back is checked with pumpkins in the white space.  Fun fabric for the back!
It was so much fun to quilt.  Took so long because I can only quilt for a short time (spinal stenosis) and need to take frequent breaks.  The quilting was done with free motion and ruler work using Angela Walters rulers.

First time using wish bones on the border.  Was easy after a lot of practice with a pencil and a pad of paper.  I'll use this on many quilts.  Stippled the center, curves on the squares, swirls, lines on the pumpkins and ovals on the flying geese border.  I love this quilt, was difficult to pack and send to Boston. Thanks to Fort Worth Quilt Shop for the pattern.
