Twinkle, Twinkle Scrappy Star

Twinkle, Twinkle Scrappy Star Quilt was made using Lori Holt's Sew Your Stash Series! It was great using scrappy pieces to make this quilt as a Prayer Quilt for Friendship Quilters.

Had so much fun free motion quilting this Prayer Quilt.

So hopeful Friendship Quilters will be able to meet again, really soon!  We have  so many quilt donations to share with those who need care.

The 365 Quilt

The 365 Quilt got its name from the 365 two and one half inch squares it contains!    I dumped out the 2.5 inch fabric square bin and began sewing the squares together.

All those squares needed a quiet space to rest your eyes.  The pattern Cross Roads was the perfect pattern.  The beige I found in the cupboard was just perfect for this pattern.  The dark blue border and the more 2.5" squares completed the top.

Then the free motion machine quilting began.  My Baby Lock just returned from the shop.  Smooth sailing now!  Thought along time about the beige squares, feathers was the best choice.

Saw this pickup fabric at Hobby Lobby, what a great fit for this 365 Quilt.  Best part about this quilt is it being donated to Western Youth Services!
